The Origin of Tai Chi

Teaching original intention
When I first came into contact with Tai Chi, I was attracted by its unique charm. I longed to pass on this beauty to more people. Whenever I see students, from being unfamiliar with the movements to being proficient in mastering them under my guidance, I feel sincerely relieved. I always insist on teaching according to my aptitude, and carefully formulate teaching plans based on the students' age, health status and the purpose of learning boxing, striving to enable every student to gain something in the Tai Chi learning process.
Course content
In Tai Chi class, we first explained the basic standing posture, foot movement and hand movements. When these basic actions are solid, we will gradually teach Tai Chi routines. For example, the simplified version of Tai Chi 24 styles is a good starter choice because its movements are both standardized and easy to master. Moreover, I not only teach them movements, but also explain the philosophical concepts behind them so that students can understand the essence of Tai Chi more deeply.
Students' growth
Many students did not move smoothly enough when they first started learning and their bodies seemed a little inflexible. However, as the course progressed, their progress was significant.
